Paul Manigrasso is a four-time Super Lawyers Rising Star and the founder of Manigrasso Law Firm. A CPA and the former CFO of an SEC registrant, he is currently the only Texas attorney with a dedicated focus on the wine industry, advising vineyards, wineries, distributors, and hospitality businesses on the complex intersection of alcohol compliance, tax strategy, and business law.

 

Beyond his work within the Texas wine sector, Paul has developed a second core specialty: serving U.S. taxpayers living abroad. With deep experience in federal taxation and international reporting requirements, he helps expatriates protect their global assets, maintain compliance, and minimize tax exposure.
